ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We can accept orders on-line anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You can use the following forms of payment for purchase of merchandise on-line through our shopping cart:

Visa/ MasterCard/ American Express/ Discover/ PayPal

Additionally, in store we accept cash and local checks. Local checks are subject to approval.

A $20.00 service charge will be added to returned checks.

Layaways are accepted in store only and require a 20% non-refundable deposit and monthly payments.

A store credit will be issued for canceled layaways. There is a 3-month limit for Rolex layaways.

Special Orders and Custom Design are offered in store and a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

All orders and custom work sales are final.

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Items must be in new condition. Any modification made such as a ring being sized or a gemstone being set into a mounting, renders the item a final sale.

Watch returns must include original box, manuals and not have been worn.

Clearance and Sale Items: All sales are final.

Returns and exchanges are calculated from the original purchase date.

0-30 Days: Refund, Credit or Exchange

31-60 Days: Store Credit or Exchange Only

Over 60 Days: All Sales Final

 

Rolex Purchases/ Returns:

Rolex timepieces may be returned for refund within 15 days from the date of purchase unless one or more of the following conditions occur:

-The warranty card has been completely filled out and processed.

-The stickers have been removed from the watch.

-The watch has been worn.

If any of these conditions are met, the Rolex is considered a Final Sale and may not be returned.

 

On-line Returns
To return an item purchased from NFoxJewelers.com please follow these steps:

Find the store receipt and circle the item that is being returned.

Package and seal your return securely, including the store receipt.

Mail to the address below. We recommend you use an insured parcel service such as UPS, FedEx or U.S. Priority Mail. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

If you cannot find your receipt, check your e-mail for the order confirmation notice that we sent you and include a copy with the merchandise.

Refunds
Your refund will be posted to the credit card you used to make your purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

ORDER STATUS AND TRACKING

Confirmation of Your Order
If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.

Out-of-Stock Items
When an item is no longer available from our inventory, you will receive notice that the requested item is not in stock. If an order gets processed without inventory available, we will include an out-of-stock notice with your order, showing that the item has been removed from your order total. This will also be reflected in your shipping confirmation e-mail.

Tracking Your Order
When you make a purchase, you will receive an order number and a UPS shipment tracking number. Be sure to save these numbers.
