EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
N. Fox Jewelers will accept merchandise for exchange or full refund within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a quality control inspection before they are accepted.
Items must be returned in their original condition and include the original sales receipt, reports, and packaging. Failure to return any reports or certificates that accompanied the item will render you liable for a $200 replacement cost.
We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements as determined by N. Fox Jewelers. Refunds will be issued in the same form as was used for payment with the exception of cash payments.
A refund check will be issued for cash purchases that are returned. Custom and Special Orders, Clearance Merchandise, Sized, Engraved or Altered Items cannot be returned and are designated a final sale.

Rolex timepieces are non-returnable and will not be accepted for exchange nor store credit.

Laboratory Created Diamonds are non-returnable and will not be accepted for exchange nor store credit and will not be eligible for our diamond trade-in program.
