I first visited N. Fox Jewelers after hearing wonderful things from my son and daughter-in-law, who are long-time customers. I had a couple of watches that were giving me trouble, so I decided to stop in and see if they could help. That’s when I met Mark. Right away, I could tell this wasn’t your typical jewelry store. Mark took the time to help me with my watches, even though they weren’t high-end pieces. He made me feel like I was a priority, and I truly appreciated the personal touch.
What truly left a lasting impression on me was how they handled something incredibly sentimental: a ring my late wife had given me for my 40th birthday. She passed away a year before, and I wanted to resize the ring so I could wear it as a way to feel close to her. When I returned to N. Fox Jewelers, Mandy explained that resizing might not be possible due to the fragility of the metal. However, she discussed my wishes with their in-house custom jeweler, Grant Dorangrichia. Though they couldn’t guarantee success, I decided to take the risk—and it paid off. I’m now wearing the ring that means so much to me.
I was so impressed with the level of care and customer service at N. Fox Jewelers that I even called to speak with the owner, Harvey Fox. It’s clear that he sets the tone, empowering his staff to treat every customer with kindness and respect. Mandy, Mark, and Grant went above and beyond, offering thoughtful solutions and genuine advice. Even though I wasn’t spending a fortune, they made me feel valued. Their warmth and professionalism reassured me that I was in good hands.
It’s rare these days to find a place where people are so genuine and courteous, regardless of how much you’re spending. N. Fox Jewelers is special to me because they made me feel like I truly mattered. They took the time to explain everything and never rushed me. I’m filled with gratitude, wearing the ring each day and keeping the memory of my late wife close to my heart, knowing I’ve connected with people who genuinely care about their customers.
For that, I’ll always be thankful.
