Our repair staff has over 30 years combined experience so rest assured that when you bring in your jewelry item to be repaired that you are receiving the highest quality service and it will be handled with the utmost care. Our jeweler, Grant has over 12 years of experience in the jewelry industry. He is a Graduate Gemologist and has been trained by an award winning Master Jeweler. With a meticulous eye for detail and a skill set of a master craftsman, your jewelry is in good hands.

Some of our watch repair services

  • We change batteries in watches for most brands (water resistance not guaranteed):  $25
  • We shorten watchbands on most watches.  $25
  • As an authorized dealer, we can service Swiss Army, Fox404 and Shinola watches by sending to the manufacturer's repair center.
  • We sell leather watch straps for most watches

Our Rolex watches come with a two-year service guarantee.
